ReactDuel is built so that the answer to "where does my data go" is nowhere. This page explains exactly what the app touches on your device and why — there is no server to send anything to, because ReactDuel doesn't have one.
Everything ReactDuel creates or remembers is stored locally, using standard iOS app storage (UserDefaults and your device's Application Support folder):
ReactDuel asks for camera and microphone access to record your reaction, and photo library access only to save a finished video when you tap Save. None of these permissions are used to read anything already on your device — only to write what you create.
ReactDuel doesn't use analytics SDKs, ad networks, or crash-reporting services, and makes no network requests of its own. The only way your video ever leaves your device is if you personally share it through iOS's own share sheet — at that point, whatever app or service you chose to share to governs what happens next.
ReactDuel does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone. There is no account system and no data leaves the device.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds an optional online feature — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.

The camera won't open, or shows "Couldn't open camera."
Check Settings → ReactDuel on your device and make sure Camera access is turned on. If you'd rather not grant it, tap "Continue Without Recording" on that screen to play without the camera — your score and history still get saved either way.
Why didn't my video save automatically?
It's intentional — ReactDuel never saves a video without asking first. After a round ends, you'll be asked whether to keep it; choose Save and it's written to your Photos library.
Can I write my own questions?
Yes — every mode has a "Create Pack" option where you can write your own prompts, draft pool, or This-or-That rounds. They're saved on your device and show up alongside the built-in packs.
How do I put my own logo on my videos?
Open Settings → Video Watermark, add your handle and optionally a logo photo, and it'll appear on every video you export from then on.
